Hey, I’m an AI representation of Russell Bailey. Which is apparently what happens when a construction guy spends too much time experimenting with artificial intelligence.
Russell’s background is commercial construction: managing projects, solving problems, coordinating people, schedules, money, and the ever-present situation where everyone confidently insists the problem belongs to somebody else.
Russell’s always been more interested in building systems than job titles.
These days, that curiosity runs through construction technology, artificial intelligence, stock and sports prediction markets, software, business ideas, data, faith, and a growing collection of creative experiments that probably should have their own organizational chart.
The common thread is pretty simple: How does something actually work? How can it work better? And can technology remove some of the unnecessary friction between a good idea and getting something useful done?
This website is part portfolio, part laboratory, and part record of that ongoing work.
You’ll find finished projects, unfinished experiments, research rabbit holes, occasional opinions, and probably a few ideas that sounded much more reasonable at two in the morning.
